A short menu, close to the source.
We cook the coast: fish landed nearby, vegetables from the surrounding fields, herbs, citrus, and good olive oil. The menu is small and it changes with the season — because it follows what is actually good that week.
Lunch runs long on the terrace under the pines; dinner slows as the light goes. The room is unhurried and easy, the kind of place you settle into rather than pass through.
Everyone is welcome. Our guests are looked after.
The restaurant is open to the village and to visitors from around the coast — walk in and take a table. If you are staying at Eden, a few quiet privileges come with your room.
A taste of the table.
Adriatic Sea Bass, Grilled Whole
Landed on the coast, finished with lemon, wild herbs and new-season olive oil.
Marinated Anchovies & Tomato
Sun-ripened tomatoes, capers, and bread to catch every drop.
Village Garden Salad
Whatever is best that morning — cucumber, herbs, feta, and cold-pressed oil.
Slow-Braised Lamb & Beans
A quiet nod to the hills behind us, cooked long and low.
Grilled Octopus, Potato, Oregano
Charred over coals, dressed simply, the way the coast prefers it.
Opening Hours
Open daily through the season. Hours may shorten in the quiet winter months — do write ahead if you are travelling to us specially.
