About Eden

A small idea, kept small on purpose.

Eden is a design-led boutique hotel in a village that never had one. This is where it came from, and why it is the way it is.

Our Story

Eden began with a simple wish: to stay longer.

Spille was a place we returned to — for the light, the calm, the honest coast that hadn't been polished into something else. What it didn't have was somewhere to stay that matched the feeling of being there.

So we made one. Twelve rooms, built with care and restraint, using natural materials and local hands. Eden is small on purpose — small enough to know every guest by name, and to keep everything quiet.

Spille, on the Adriatic

A village where the coast is still itself.

Spille is a small coastal village near Durrës, on Albania's Adriatic shore — long beaches, pine shade, and a slow, local pace far from the busier resorts up and down the coast.

It is a place of guesthouses and simple apartments, of morning swims and evening walks. We wanted Eden to belong to it — not to tower over it, but to add something considered to a village we love.

What Makes Us Different

Design-led, quietly. The only hotel of its kind in the village.

Where Spille offers rooms, Eden offers a considered place to be. Thoughtful interiors, a real restaurant, genuine hospitality, and the intimacy of just twelve rooms — luxury measured in calm and attention, never in scale.
